What is the puremusicgroup Philosophy?

We sell music systems that will appeal to the music lover, pure and simple. We aim for “maximum fidelity to the music” and our approach is very different to that of traditional Hi Fi Stores. They sell Hi Fi systems, we sell Pure Music Systems.

What is different about our systems?
We listen to live music, so we know what it sounds like. Live music is ALIVE! Have you ever gone to a concert and then played your Hi Fi system to find it sounds dull, uninteresting and really, very little like real music? You won’t find that with our systems.

The big difference is the dynamics which are essential to live music, and simply missing from regular Hi Fi systems.

The other big difference is coherence, the sound of whole instruments that are separate from each other in their own space, just like real musical performances.

It seems obvious, but music is not about the bass, mids and highs that traditionally people talk about. It is about the whole musical fabric. You will understand it when you hear it, and your body will tell you. You will want to move with the music. That is what distinguishes our systems from the others.

Our systems may look a little different to what you may be used to, but we have a distinctive way of doing things, and not a stack of bland plastic boxes.

How do we do it?
We like vinyl records and “digital done right” as well as loudspeakers that avoid unnecessary components in the signal path. After you have heard one of our systems you will not want to go back to the conventional way of doing things.

Efficient systems like ours get you more of the music, with a clearer window on the original performance. Dynamics are fast and real and the music flows rhythmically.
